Who is Insight for?
Therapists in private practice in India. Each therapist has their own account and their own clients, and there are no shared clinic or team accounts.
Do I need a Razorpay account?
To take payments online, yes: you open your own Razorpay account, finish its checks, and connect it in Settings. Without one, you can still record cash payments.
Does Insight take a share of my session fees?
No. The money goes into your own Razorpay account and Insight never holds it. Insight is paid by a flat monthly or yearly subscription. Razorpay charges its own fee on online payments.
Does Insight use AI on my notes?
No. Insight does not use generative AI, and your session notes are never sent to an AI model. It runs on plain rules and reminders.
Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Clients use a web portal on their phone or computer. They sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their email.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. You can import a client list from a CSV or Excel file, and check it on screen before anything is saved.
Does Insight send WhatsApp reminders?
They will, before we open. Until then, reminders go by email, and you can share forms and homework links on WhatsApp yourself.
